This is a one dish casserole that combines your vegetables, bread (pasta) and meat all in a one. It is so good that everyone will be coming back for seconds. I have been making this dinner for over 30 years and it is as good today as it was the first time I made it. It is a wonderful casserole for potluck dinners at the church or for any function.
