Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds chicken thighs, remove bones, skin, fat
- 1 large sliced onion
- 6 cloves garlic crushed and chopped
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1/3 cup tamari sauce
- 1/3 cup hoison sauce
- 1/3 cup worstershire sauce
- 1 cup coconut milk, unsweetened
How To Make coconut chicken oriental

Step 1Put the cleaned chicken thighs in a large saute pan and add all of the ingredients except the coconut milk.

Step 2Simmer with the lid on until the chicken is no longer pink inside.

Step 3Add the whole can of coconut milk just before serving. This is good over rice or Oriental Noodles.
