chicken thighs, remove bones, skin, fat
1 large
sliced onion
6 clove
garlic crushed and chopped
1 c
apple cider vinegar
1/3 c
tamari sauce
1/3 c
hoison sauce
1/3 c
worstershire sauce
1 c
coconut milk, unsweetened

How to Make Coconut Chicken Oriental


  • 1Put the cleaned chicken thighs in a large saute pan and add all of the ingredients except the coconut milk.
  • 2Simmer with the lid on until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
  • 3Add the whole can of coconut milk just before serving. This is good over rice or Oriental Noodles.
