Coconut Chicken Oriental
2 1/2 lbchicken thighs, remove bones, skin, fat
1 largesliced onion
6 clovegarlic crushed and chopped
1 capple cider vinegar
1/3 ctamari sauce
1/3 choison sauce
1/3 cworstershire sauce
1 ccoconut milk, unsweetened
How to Make Coconut Chicken Oriental
- Put the cleaned chicken thighs in a large saute pan and add all of the ingredients except the coconut milk.
- Simmer with the lid on until the chicken is no longer pink inside.
- Add the whole can of coconut milk just before serving. This is good over rice or Oriental Noodles.
