Ingredients
- 2 ounces shake'n bake chicken seasonings
- 1 cup flake coconut
- 1/4 teaspoon curry powder and cajin seasonings
- 1 pound boneless, skinless chicken thighs, cut into 1" wide strips
- 1 - egg
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons yellow prepared mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
How To Make coconut-chicken dippers

Step 1Heat oven to 400

Step 2Combine seasonings with coconut in a bowl or baggie. Beat egg in bowl.

Step 3Dip chicken in egg, then coating mixture, turning to evenly coat both sides of each strip.

Step 4Place on lightly sprayed rack over jelly roll pan.

Step 5Bake 14 minutes.

Step 6HONEY MUSTARD DIPPING SAUCE:

Step 7Mix Mayonnaise with mustard, garlic powder, vinegar and honey. Put in frig to chill. Serve with Chicken Dippers.
