- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/4 pound mushrooms, thinly sliced
- 3 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 2 cups bread crumbs, soft
- 1 cup chicken broth, condensed
- 1/4 cup pimiento, finely chopped
- 2 - eggs, lightly beaten
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 5/8 teaspoon thyme leaves, dried
- 1 cup chicken mushroom gravy
How To Make club chicken casserole

Step 1In a deep, 2-quart, heat-resistant, non-metallic casserole melt butter in microwave oven 30 seconds.

Step 2Add mushrooms and heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 1 1/2 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.

Step 3Add remainder of ingredients to mushrooms and stir to blend well.

Step 4Heat, uncovered, in microwave oven 10 to 12 minutes stirring occasionally.

Step 5Serve topped with chicken mushroom gravy.
