Ingredients
- 4 bone in chicken thighs
- 1 large onion sliced
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 cup sour cream at room temp
- hot buttered noodles for serving
How To Make clay pot creamy paprika chicken

Step 1Soak for clay pot for 15 minutes in cold water. Drain. Add the onions and garlic to the bottom of the clay pot. Top with the chicken pieces and season with the paprika , salt and pepper. Pour the wine around the chicken. Cover and place in cold oven. Turn oven to 450 degrees. Bake for 45 minutes.

Step 2Turn the oven off. Remove the chicken and set aside. Stir the sour cream into the onion sauce. Return the chicken to the pot and place back in oven for 10 more minutes to get the sauce hot.

Step 3Serve over hot buttered noodles
