Ingredients
- 1 chicken, broiler-fryer, skinned and cut up
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1 stick butter
- 1 cup orange juice
- 1 cup white wine
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tablespoon corn starch
- 1/4 cup water
- 3 packages sugar substitute
How To Make citrus-wine chicken

Step 1Lightly sprinkle chicken pieces with salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika; place chicken in non stick shallow casserole.

Step 2Melt butter; brush chicken pieces.

Step 3Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.

Step 4Combine juice, wine, worcestershire sauce and garlic; pour over chicken.

Step 5Cover and bake 20 minutes or until tender; remove chicken.

Step 6Combine cornstarch and water; add to pan juices.

Step 7Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.

Step 8Remove from heat; stir in sugar substitute.

Step 9Serve sauce over chicken.
