onion powder
1/4 tsp
1 stick
1 c
orange juice
1 c
white wine
1 tsp
worcestershire sauce
garlic clove, minced
1 Tbsp
1/4 c
3 pkg
sugar substitute

How to Make Citrus-Wine Chicken


  • 1Lightly sprinkle chicken pieces with salt, pepper, onion powder and paprika; place chicken in non stick shallow casserole.
  • 2Melt butter; brush chicken pieces.
  • 3Bake at 375 for 40 minutes.
  • 4Combine juice, wine, worcestershire sauce and garlic; pour over chicken.
  • 5Cover and bake 20 minutes or until tender; remove chicken.
  • 6Combine cornstarch and water; add to pan juices.
  • 7Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until thickened.
  • 8Remove from heat; stir in sugar substitute.
  • 9Serve sauce over chicken.
