Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken pieces, preferrably thighs, but use your favorite
- 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 3 cloves garlic, coarsley chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt or sea salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
How To Make cinnamon chicken

Step 1Mix all ingredients, and let the chicken marinate for at least a few hours.

Step 2When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 350*. Bake the chicken in the oven for 60 minutes until it's cooked through and the skin is browned and crispy. 7 points per serving
