Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken pieces, preferrably thighs, but use your favorite
  • 1 tablespoon fennel seeds
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons fresh rosemary, finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 3 cloves garlic, coarsley chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt or sea salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper

How To Make cinnamon chicken

  • Step 1
    Mix all ingredients, and let the chicken marinate for at least a few hours.
  • Step 2
    When ready to cook, preheat the oven to 350*. Bake the chicken in the oven for 60 minutes until it's cooked through and the skin is browned and crispy. 7 points per serving
