My friend Cindy gave me this recipe and it is so easy for working moms. I love me some chicken pot pie.

Ingredients

  • 1 box ready made pie crusts
  • 2 cups cooked chicken
  • 1 small bag of frozen peas and carrots
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • - salt & pepper to taste

How To Make cindy's chicken pot pie

  • Step 1
    Place pie crust in the bottom of a pie plate. Mix ingredients in a bowl. Cut chicken in small pieces. (You can buy already packed chicken or leftover rotisserie chicken). Put ingredients in pie crust. Place other crust on top and flute around the edges. Make holes on top to vent.
  • Step 2
    Bake at 450F for 15 minutes. Remove and put foil around edges so crust does not burn. Return to oven and bake an additional 20 minutes.
