    boneless skinless chicken thighs
  • ·
    salt and pepper
  • 1 medium
    lime juiced and zested
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 4 clove
    garlic minced
  • 3 Tbsp
    brown sugar
  • 1/2 c
    each white wine and chicken stock
  • 1/2 c
    fresh cilantro chopped

How to Make Cilantro Lime Chicken Thighs


  1. Place the chicken thighs in a shallow dish and pour the lime juice over top. Let marinate for at least 1 hour.
  2. Preheat oven 375 degrees
    Remove the chicken thighs from the lime juice. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place the oil in a large skillet and brown the chicken on all sides. Transfer chicken to a baking dish
  3. Add garlic to the pan and saute 1 minutes. Add the lime juice and deglaze the pan. Add the chicken stock and white wine. Cook 5 minutes.
  4. Mix the brown sugar and lime zest together. Sprinkle on each piece of chicken. Pour the chicken stock mixture around the chicken. Bake about 30 minutes until chicken is done. Top with fresh cilantro
