cilantro guacamole chicken
Today for dinner, I came up with something really good, and hubby loved it, so that's a plus.
Blue Ribbon Recipe
We really loved this way to serve a chicken breast. Everything is fresh and yummy. The chicken breast comes out of the foil pack so juicy. It's a little on the plain side but the guacamole on top is what adds tons of flavor. This is a delicious and healthy way to serve chicken.
