I love to keep flavored butters in the freezer for using on fish, meats, and vegetables. I found this recipe not long ago and was able to make it up because my chives are doing extra well this year.

How to Make Chive Butter

Step-by-Step

  1. Set butter out and let soften.
  2. Add all ingredients and mix well.
  3. Place on a sheet of wax paper and shape into a roll. Place the roll on a sheet of foil and store in refrigerator or freeze. Cut off a slice to add to your dish.
