Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup frozen corn, thawed
- 1 - 15 oz. cans cannellini beans, undrained
- 1/2 cup chicken broth, low salt
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 - chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped
- 2 - 8 oz. packages sour cream, reduced fat
- 1/2 cup cilantro, fresh, chopped
- - colby monterey jack cheese blend
How To Make chipotle turkey chili

Step 1In a 4 qt saucepan, cook turkey, onion & garlic over medium high heat, 4 - 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink, drain.

Step 2Stir in corn, beans, broth, salt & chile. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover & simmer 10 - 15 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.

Step 3Stir in 1 - 8 oz. container of sour cream & 1/4 C of the cilantro. Serve with remaining 8 oz. sour cream & 1/4 C cilantro & the cheese.
