Ingredients For chipotle turkey chili

1 lbground turkey

1 lgonion, chopped

3 clovegarlic, minced

1 cfrozen corn, thawed

1 - 15 oz. cancannellini beans, undrained

1/2 cchicken broth, low salt
-
1/4 tspsalt
-
1chipotle chili pepper in adobo sauce, finely chopped

2 - 8 oz. pkgsour cream, reduced fat
-
1/2 ccilantro, fresh, chopped
-
colby monterey jack cheese blend
How To Make chipotle turkey chili

1In a 4 qt saucepan, cook turkey, onion & garlic over medium high heat, 4 - 6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until turkey is no longer pink, drain.

2Stir in corn, beans, broth, salt & chile. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat to medium; cover & simmer 10 - 15 minutes to blend flavors, stirring occasionally.

3Stir in 1 - 8 oz. container of sour cream & 1/4 C of the cilantro. Serve with remaining 8 oz. sour cream & 1/4 C cilantro & the cheese.
