This is SUCH a good recipe...it can be used on both chicken and pork chops. (I use the thick cut chops and boneless skinless chicken breasts).

Ingredients

  • 6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless or pork chops
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonaise
  • 4 tablespoons chipolte sauce (may use more if you like it spicy, which is what i usually do)

How To Make chipolte chicken

  • Step 1
    Preheat grill or frying pan (lightly greased)
  • Step 2
    Mix the mayo and chipolte sauce together. Set aside about 1/2 cup of mixture for dipping.
  • Step 3
    Brown chicken on both sides and begin to brush mayo mixture over meat each time it is flipped. Continue this until chicken is done. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.
