This is SUCH a good recipe...it can be used on both chicken and pork chops. (I use the thick cut chops and boneless skinless chicken breasts).

Ingredients
- 6 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless or pork chops
- 1 1/2 cups mayonaise
- 4 tablespoons chipolte sauce (may use more if you like it spicy, which is what i usually do)
How To Make chipolte chicken

Step 1Preheat grill or frying pan (lightly greased)

Step 2Mix the mayo and chipolte sauce together. Set aside about 1/2 cup of mixture for dipping.

Step 3Brown chicken on both sides and begin to brush mayo mixture over meat each time it is flipped. Continue this until chicken is done. Serve with reserved dipping sauce.
