11. Bone chicken and cut into 1/2 inch thick slices
or you can use the boneless chicken breast.
22. Heat oil in wok to 375*. Rub salt into chicken pieces. Dip chicken into batter:
1/2 c flour
1/4 c cornstarch
1 t baking power
1/2 t baking soda
34 c cold water
Deep fry in oil until golden brown (abt 4 minutes).
33. Sweet sour sauce:
14 c water
2 T cornstarch
2 T rice vinegar
3 T catsup
2/3 c sugar
Bring sauce to a full boil stirring constantly.remove from heat when sauce is at the right thickness.
4Place cooked chicken on a nice platter and garnish with tomato,pepper and pineapple chunks on top of chicken.
5Pour sauce over all and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
