Makes 6 servings
Ingredients
- 3 pounds boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite size pieces
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1/4 cup salad oil
- 3 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1/3 cup chinese parsley (cilantro)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 cup oyster sauce
- 1/3 cup water
- - pepper to taste
How To Make chinese minute chicken bites

Step 1Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces.

Step 2Coat with flour, let stand for 15 minutes.

Step 3In a large skillet, heat oil and garlic, do not burn the garlic or it will be bitter.

Step 4Add the chicken pieces and stir-fry until browned.

Step 5Lower the heat and add the remaining ingredients.

Step 6Garnish with additional Chinese parsley.
