Ingredients

  • 1 pound chicken breasts, boneless & skinless, cut into bite sized pieces
  • 1 package asian stir fry vegetables, frozen, thawed
  • 1 package fat free sugar free jell-o, lemon
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth, low salt
  • 1/4 cup zesty italian dressing
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • - white or brown rice, cooked and hot

How To Make chinese lemon chicken

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium high heat. Add chicken; cook 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add vegetables; cook & stir 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Meanwhile, mix dry gelatin & cornstarch in small bowl. Add broth, dressing & garlic; stir until gelatin is dissolved. Add to skillet. Reduce heat to medium; cook 5 minutes or until sauce is thickened, stirring frequently.
  • Step 3
    Serve over hot cooked rice.
