My absolute favorite chicken wing recipe. I hope you enjoy it as well.

Ingredients

  • 3 pounds chicken wings
  • 3/4 cup soy sauce
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 cup oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

How To Make chinese chicken wings

  • Step 1
    Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic powder for marinade.
  • Step 2
    Cut tips from chicken wings and cut wings into pieces. Place in a ziploc bag and pour marinade over.
  • Step 3
    Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight (I prefer to do it overnight the flavor is unreal)
  • Step 4
    Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray (use the spray trust me without it it sticks horribly). Remove chicken wings from marinade and place on baking sheet.
  • Step 5
    Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
