Ingredients
- 3 pounds chicken wings
- 3/4 cup soy sauce
- 3/4 cup brown sugar, firmly packed
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make chinese chicken wings

Step 1Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic powder for marinade.

Step 2Cut tips from chicken wings and cut wings into pieces. Place in a ziploc bag and pour marinade over.

Step 3Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight (I prefer to do it overnight the flavor is unreal)

Step 4Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray (use the spray trust me without it it sticks horribly). Remove chicken wings from marinade and place on baking sheet.

Step 5Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
