Ingredients

  • 3 lb
    chicken wings
  • 3/4 c
    soy sauce
  • 3/4 c
    brown sugar, firmly packed
  • 1/4 c
    oil
  • 1/2 tsp
    ground ginger
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder

How to Make Chinese Chicken Wings

Step-by-Step

  1. Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic powder for marinade.
  2. Cut tips from chicken wings and cut wings into pieces.
    Place in a ziploc bag and pour marinade over.
  3. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight (I prefer to do it overnight the flavor is unreal)
  4. Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray (use the spray trust me without it it sticks horribly). Remove chicken wings from marinade and place on baking sheet.
  5. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
