My absolute favorite chicken wing recipe. I hope you enjoy it as well.

Ingredients

3 lb
chicken wings
3/4 c
soy sauce
3/4 c
brown sugar, firmly packed
1/4 c
oil
1/2 tsp
ground ginger
1/2 tsp
garlic powder

How to Make Chinese Chicken Wings

Step-by-Step

  • 1Mix together soy sauce, brown sugar, ginger and garlic powder for marinade.
  • 2Cut tips from chicken wings and cut wings into pieces.
    Place in a ziploc bag and pour marinade over.
  • 3Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight (I prefer to do it overnight the flavor is unreal)
  • 4Line a baking sheet with tinfoil and spray with cooking spray (use the spray trust me without it it sticks horribly). Remove chicken wings from marinade and place on baking sheet.
  • 5Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Enjoy!
