Chinese Chicken Spaghetti
ginger, finely chopped
chicken breasts, halved, boneless and skinless
green bell pepper, sliced
red cabbage, shredded
green onion, sliced
How to Make Chinese Chicken Spaghetti
1Combine soy sauce, water, brown sugar, sesame oil, vinegar, cornstarch, garlic, ginger and both peppers.
3Cut chicken into 1/2-inch strips; add to marinade.
4Cover and refrigerate 30 minutes.
5Toward end of marinating time, bring salted water to boiling for cooking pasta.
6Remove dish from refrigerator.
7Saute until chicken is tender and sauce is thickened.
8Stir in bell pepper, cabbage, celery and green onions.
9Cook until vegetables are crisp tender.
10Add pasta to boiling water and follow package directions.
12Spoon chicken mixture over top.
