I have been making this for years, and enjoy it.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 to 1 - medium head of cabbage, chopped. or buy a bag of the chopped at your grocery store
  • 2 - 3 - cooked chicken breasts, or 2 cups of leftover cooked chicken
  • 2 packages snack ramen noodles/toasted, any flavor
  • 1 small package chopped amonds, walnuts, or peanuts
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds/toasted is best
  • 2 - stalks of green onion
  • DRESSING
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or more to taste
  • 1/2 cup salad oil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • - seasoning packet from noodles
  • 1 teaspoon light soy sauce - optional

How To Make linda sue's chinese chicken salad

  • Step 1
    20 minutes before serving, put dressing on.
  • Step 2
    I let guests add how ever much of the toasted noodles which have been broken up they want.
