Ingredients
- 1/2 to 1 - medium head of cabbage, chopped. or buy a bag of the chopped at your grocery store
- 2 - 3 - cooked chicken breasts, or 2 cups of leftover cooked chicken
- 2 packages snack ramen noodles/toasted, any flavor
- 1 small package chopped amonds, walnuts, or peanuts
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds/toasted is best
- 2 - stalks of green onion
- DRESSING
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar or more to taste
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- - seasoning packet from noodles
- 1 teaspoon light soy sauce - optional
