  • 1/2 to 1
    medium head of cabbage, chopped. or buy a bag of the chopped at your grocery store
  • 2 - 3
    cooked chicken breasts, or 2 cups of leftover cooked chicken
  • 2 pkg
    snack ramen noodles/toasted, any flavor
  • 1 small pkg
    chopped amonds, walnuts, or peanuts
  • 1 Tbsp
    sesame seeds/toasted is best
  • 2
    stalks of green onion

  • 2 Tbsp
    rice vinegar or more to taste
  • 1/2 c
    salad oil
  • 1 tsp
  • ·
    seasoning packet from noodles
  • 1 tsp
    light soy sauce - optional

How to Make Linda Sue's Chinese Chicken Salad


  1. 20 minutes before serving, put dressing on.
  2. I let guests add how ever much of the toasted noodles which have been broken up they want.
