Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chicken, cooked and cubed
- 1 cup thinly sliced celery
- 1 can water chestnuts, drained and sliced
- 2 - green onions, thinly sliced
- 10 ounces can bamboo shoots, drained
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Step 1Toss chicken and vegetables together. Stir mayonnaise, soy sauce and lemon juice together. Chill both mixtures. Just before serving toss mixtures and dressing. Makes 4-6 servings.
