Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 c
    chicken, cooked and cubed
  • 1 c
    thinly sliced celery
  • 1 can(s)
    water chestnuts, drained and sliced
  • 2
    green onions, thinly sliced
  • 10 oz
    can bamboo shoots, drained
  • 1 c
    mayonnaise
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 Tbsp
    lemon juice

How to Make CHINESE CHICKEN SALAD

Step-by-Step

  1. Toss chicken and vegetables together. Stir mayonnaise, soy sauce and lemon juice together. Chill both mixtures. Just before serving toss mixtures and dressing. Makes 4-6 servings.
