1Make Dressing: In a small bowl, wisk together oils, vinegar, splenda and 3 seasoning packets from ramen noodles. Heat to almost boiling, then Chill.
2Make Salad: Toss together lettuce, cole slaw mix, onions and diced chicken. Layer broken noodles on top and sprinkle with almonds and cilantro. Cover and Chill until ready to serve. Toss Salad and cold dressing when ready to serve.
