Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, sauted and seasoned
- 3 packages chicken ramen noodles, broken in package
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil (any oil will do)
- 1/4 cup sesame oil
- 6-7 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar (add more to taste if needed)
- 1 package splenda (or sugar equivilent)
- 1- 16 ounces package 3 color coleslaw mix
- 1/2 - head romaine lettuce, finely sliced
- 1 bunch green onions, sliced
- 1 small package sliced almonds , toasted
- 3 tablespoons chopped cilantro
How To Make chinese chicken salad

Step 1Make Dressing: In a small bowl, wisk together oils, vinegar, splenda and 3 seasoning packets from ramen noodles. Heat to almost boiling, then Chill.

Step 2Make Salad: Toss together lettuce, cole slaw mix, onions and diced chicken. Layer broken noodles on top and sprinkle with almonds and cilantro. Cover and Chill until ready to serve. Toss Salad and cold dressing when ready to serve.
