My husband loves this recipe! I received it from my mom who got it from my aunt. You can use low sodium soy sauce and can omit or add anything you want. I don't use nuts in mine and sometimes I add celery for a little more crunch.

Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked chopped chicken breasts
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice, fresh
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 can bean sprouts
- 5 ounces water chestnuts
- 1 can chow mein noodles
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds
- 1 cup mayonnaise or miracle whip...whichever you prefer
How To Make chinese chicken casserole

Step 1Marinate chicken overnight in lemon juice and soy sauce.

Step 2Mix everything except chow mein noodles and nuts.

Step 3Put in 13x9 greased pan.

Step 4Top with chow mein noodles and nuts.

Step 5Bake at 350 degrees (F) 25-30 minutes
