2 ccooked chicken diced

1 can(s)cream of chicken soup

3/4 cmayonnaise or plain yogurt

1 Tbspfresh lemon juice

1 tspsalt

1 pkgpepperidge farm dressing

1/4 cbutter or margarine
How to Make Chinese Chicken Casserole
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees
- Mix all ingredients(except topping which consists of dressing and butter or margarine) and place in a 2 quart ovenware dish.
- Saute Pepperidge Farm Dressing with butter or margarine enough to cover the cassorle dish
- Bake 35 minutes - may need tin foil to keep top from browning too much or just just keep a check on it
- Recipe easily doubles
