Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken diced
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 cup diced fresh mushrooms
- 1 cup onion chopped
- 4 ounces sliced water chestnuts
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 3/4 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 package pepperidge farm dressing
- 1/4 cup butter or margarine
How To Make chinese chicken casserole

Step 1Pre heat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Mix all ingredients(except topping which consists of dressing and butter or margarine) and place in a 2 quart ovenware dish.

Step 3Saute Pepperidge Farm Dressing with butter or margarine enough to cover the cassorle dish

Step 4Bake 35 minutes - may need tin foil to keep top from browning too much or just just keep a check on it

Step 5Recipe easily doubles
