Ingredients
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 6 - celery stalks, chopped
- 1 pound chicken breast, chopped
- 3/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 4 tablespoons soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
How To Make chinese chicken casserole

Step 1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray square baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 2Combine chicken, celery, bell pepper and onion in the dish and sprinkle with garlic.

Step 3Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour on top of chicken and vegetables.

Step 4Cover dish with foil and bake for one hour. Serve on rice.
