Ingredients

1 medium
onion, chopped
1 medium
bell pepper, chopped

celery stalks, chopped
1 lb
chicken breast, chopped
3/4 tsp
garlic powder
4 Tbsp
soy sauce
3 Tbsp
brown sugar
2 Tbsp
vinegar
1 Tbsp
worcestershire sauce
2 Tbsp
flour
2 Tbsp
teriyaki sauce
1 Tbsp
hot sauce

Step-By-Step

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Spray square baking dish with cooking spray.
2Combine chicken, celery, bell pepper and onion in the dish and sprinkle with garlic.
3Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly. Pour on top of chicken and vegetables.
4Cover dish with foil and bake for one hour. Serve on rice.
