Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1 cucumber peeled seeded and julienned
- 1 cup dry rice noodles
- 1 boneless skinless chicken thigh cut into chunks
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 scallion chopped
How To Make chinese chicken and noodles in sesame soy sauce

Step 1Place the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar and garlic together and set aside. Cook noodles as directed on package and drain

Step 2Add oil to a skillet and fry chicken pieces until no longer pink.

Step 3Place noodles in a bowl. Top with chicken then cucumber. Pour the sauce over top and garnish with scallions
