Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 1 cucumber peeled seeded and julienned
  • 1 cup dry rice noodles
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken thigh cut into chunks
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 scallion chopped

How To Make chinese chicken and noodles in sesame soy sauce

  • Step 1
    Place the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar and garlic together and set aside. Cook noodles as directed on package and drain
  • Step 2
    Add oil to a skillet and fry chicken pieces until no longer pink.
  • Step 3
    Place noodles in a bowl. Top with chicken then cucumber. Pour the sauce over top and garnish with scallions
