Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp
    soy sauce
  • 1 tsp
    sesame oil
  • 1 Tbsp
    sugar
  • 2 clove
    garlic minced
  • 1 tsp
    rice vinegar
  • 1
    cucumber peeled seeded and julienned
  • 1 c
    dry rice noodles
  • 1
    boneless skinless chicken thigh cut into chunks
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil
  • 1
    scallion chopped

How to Make Chinese Chicken and Noodles in Sesame Soy Sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Place the soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, vinegar and garlic together and set aside. Cook noodles as directed on package and drain
  2. Add oil to a skillet and fry chicken pieces until no longer pink.
  3. Place noodles in a bowl. Top with chicken then cucumber. Pour the sauce over top and garnish with scallions
