chimichurri chicken
OK, all you garlic lovers, here's your dish! Modified this from a recipe I saw in a local magazine, and found it to be exceptionally tasty. I used chicken tenders, but any cut would work.

Ingredients
- MARINATE
- 2 - limes, juiced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- CHIMICHURRI SAUCE
- 1 bunch cilantro, fresh
- 6-8 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 - lime, zested and juiced
- 5 tablespoons olive oil
- MEAT
- 4-6 - chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless or equivilent chicken tenders
How To Make chimichurri chicken

Step 1Prepare marinate by whisking together lime juice and next five ingredients.

Step 2Combine marinate and chicken in a large bowl, cover and chill for two hours.

Step 3Prepare sauce by processing all ingredients in a food processor until smooth.

Step 4Remove chicken from marinate and discard marinate. Grill chicken over medium-high heat, until juices run clear, about 4-5 minutes per side.
