Ingredients
- 3 cups chopped chicken breasts
- 1/3 cup green onions, chopped with tops
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup jack cheese, grated
- 2/3 cup picante sauce
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 8 - flour tortillas
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
How To Make chimichangas

Step 1Combine chicken, sauce, onion, cumin, oregano and salt in a saucepan.

Step 2Simmer 5 minutes or until most of liquid has evaporated.

Step 3Brush one side of tortillas with butter.

Step 4Spoon about 1/2 cup of mixture on unbuttered side of tortilla.

Step 5Top with cheese, fold over and bake in a dish for about 15 minutes.
