This is good served over rice.You can also substitute ground beef for the chicken. the original recipe my family made used the beef but I wanted something different.

Ingredients
- 1 -1 1/4 pound chicken tenders or boneless breasts
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 2 tablespoons vegetable or olive oil
- 8 ounces can of tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup water
How To Make chili spice chicken

Step 1chop onion, bell pepper and cut up chicken into chunks

Step 2place oil in non stick skillet,add chicken,onion,bell pepper,salt and chili powder,cook on med heat until chicken is done and vegetables are almost tender.about 10 min

Step 3add 8 oz can of tomato sauce and use 1/2 cup of water to rinse out can and add to skillet

Step 4simmer on low-med heat until sauce thickens. approx 15-20 min.
