Ingredients
- MARINADE
- 1/2 cup sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh grated ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon minced garlic
- FOR THE KABOBS
- 2 - boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
- 18 small cremini mushrooms
- 1 large zucchini, cut in 1/4 inch round slices
- 2 - red bell peppers , seeded and cut in chunks
- 6 - skewers
How To Make chili-lime chicken kabobs

Step 1In a bowl, whisk the marinade ingredients together.

Step 2Add the chicken and stir to coat. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 6 hours.

Step 3If you are using wood skewers, soak them in water for 30 minutes before grilling.

Step 4When ready to grill, preheat the grill to high heat.

Step 5Thread chicken, mushrooms, peppers and zucchini on skewers alternately.

Step 6Brush the grill grate with oil.

Step 7Place the kabobs on the grill and cook for 15 minutes turning once, or until chicken is done.
