Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken wings
- 11/2 cups water
- 1 medium onion cut into chunks
- salt and pepper
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons 2 minute marinade honey, chili & garlic
- 1 - jalapeno peppers(deseeded and cut in half)
- 1/12 cup panko bread crumbs
- 2 eggs beaten
- CHILI GARLIC SAUCE
- 8 ounces tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons 2 minute marinade honey, chili & garlic
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- green onion cut into pieces
- oil for frying
How To Make chili garlic wings

Step 1Add the water to a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and the jalapeno pepper.

Step 2Add the garlic the 2 tablespoons of marinade. Add a good amount of salt. Add tablespoon of pepper.

Step 3Let mixture come to a boil. Cool to room temperature. Add chicken wings to a zip lock back and pour brine over it and refrigerate over night.

Step 4Add oil to a frying pan and heat over medium-low. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry.

Step 5Add the Panko crumbs to a plate. Add the eggs to a bowl and beat them. salt and pepper the bread crumbs.

Step 6Dip the wings in egg then bread crumbs. Fry in batches till golden brown and no longer pink.

Step 7While chicken is frying. Put a small sauce pan on medium-low heat. Add the tomato sauce, garlic, honey, mustard, the marinade Salt and. pepper to taste.

Step 8Cook until sauce thickens. About 45 minutes.

Step 9Add chicken to a plate and drizzle sauce all over. Sprinkle green onion over top.
