Ingredients For chili garlic wings

1 lbchicken wings

11/2 cwater
-
1 mdonion cut into chunks

salt and pepper

1 Tbspminced garlic

2 Tbsp2 minute marinade honey, chili & garlic

1jalapeno peppers(deseeded and cut in half)

1/12 cpanko bread crumbs
-
2eggs beaten

8 oztomato sauce

2 Tbsp2 minute marinade honey, chili & garlic

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 Tbspmustard

green onion cut into pieces

How To Make chili garlic wings

1Add the water to a pot over medium heat. Add the onion and the jalapeno pepper.

2Add the garlic the 2 tablespoons of marinade. Add a good amount of salt. Add tablespoon of pepper.

3Let mixture come to a boil. Cool to room temperature. Add chicken wings to a zip lock back and pour brine over it and refrigerate over night.

4Add oil to a frying pan and heat over medium-low. Rinse the chicken under cold water and pat dry.

5Add the Panko crumbs to a plate. Add the eggs to a bowl and beat them. salt and pepper the bread crumbs.

6Dip the wings in egg then bread crumbs. Fry in batches till golden brown and no longer pink.

7While chicken is frying. Put a small sauce pan on medium-low heat. Add the tomato sauce, garlic, honey, mustard, the marinade Salt and. pepper to taste.

8Cook until sauce thickens. About 45 minutes.

9Add chicken to a plate and drizzle sauce all over. Sprinkle green onion over top.
