Not sure why this is called Chili Chicken, unless it's because of the peppers...this would probably be good without the peppers if your family doesn't go for the hot stuff.

Ingredients
- 1 large bag wide egg noodles, cooked just until soft
- 1 small onion
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 3 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 large can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 large jar diced pimento, drained
- ....... - salt and pepper to taste
- 1 - whole chicken, boiled, deboned
- ????? - jalapeno peppers, seeds removed... as many as you like, according to your taste
- 1 pound grated cheddar cheese (might want a little more.. enough to cover casserole twice
How To Make chili chicken

Step 1Preheat over to 350*

Step 2In a large sauce pan, saute onion in butter. Add soup, mushrooms, pimento, salt and pepper.

Step 3Spray large casserole dish with non-stick spray. Layer (twice): noodles, chicken, peppers, soup mixture and cheese.

Step 4Cover and bake for 30 to 45 minutes until hot and bubbly.
