Ingredients
- 1 - whole chicken, cooked, skinned, deboned and cubed
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 medium green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 - garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 can 15-oz pinto beans, drained
- 3/4 cup salsa (pace or other)
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cans 14-1/2 oz stewed tomatoes
- TOPPINGS (OPTIONAL)
- - cheddar cheese, shredded
- - green onions, chopped
- - avocados, diced
- - sour cream
How To Make chili-chicken stew

Step 1Cook and prepare chicken. In a large soup pot saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender. Add chicken and heat through. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top with any or all of the following ingredients.
