How to Make Chili-Chicken Stew
- Cook and prepare chicken.
In a large soup pot saute onion, green pepper and garlic in oil until tender. Add chicken and heat through. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Ladle into bowls and top with any or all of the following ingredients. - SHREDDED CHEDDAR CHEESE
