This is a family favorite. Easy to make and always a crowd pleaser. I have even made this in a crock pot for an office lunch.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag tortilla chips (crushed) large
  • 3 cans chili 15 oz.
  • 3-4 - chicken breasts cooked and cubed or shredded
  • 16 ounces sour cream
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 1 pound cheddar cheese, shredded

How To Make chili chicken casserole

  • Step 1
    Line bottom of 8x12 casserole dish with half of the crushed tortilla chips.
  • Step 2
    Layer the remaining ingredients in given order, topping with remaining tortilla chips.
  • Step 3
    Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes. You can also place the layers in a crock pot and heat for approx. 2-3 hours or until heated through.
