This is a family favorite. Easy to make and always a crowd pleaser. I have even made this in a crock pot for an office lunch.

    tortilla chips (crushed)
  • 3 can(s)
  • 4
    chicken breasts cooked and cubed
  • 16 oz
    sour cream
  • 1 medium
    onion chopped
  • 1 lb
    cheddar cheese, shredded

How to Make Chili Chicken Casserole


  1. Line bottom of 8x12 cassarole dish with half of the crushed tortilla chips.
  2. Layer the remaining ingredients in given order, topping with remaining tortilla chips.
  3. Bake at 350 for 40-50 minutes.

    You can also place the layers in a crock pot and heat for approx. 2-3 hours or untill heated through.
