  • 4
    chicken breast halves, skinless and boneless
  • 2 c
    cooked rice
  • 1 can(s)
    (15 oz) chili with beans
  • 2 Tbsp
    taco seasoning mix
  • 4
    slices american cheese

How to Make Chili Chicken and Rice

Step-by-Step

  1. In a nonstick skillet, brown chicken over medium heat. Spread rice in a greased 11x7 inch baking dish. Combine the chili and taco seasoning; spoon over the rice. Top with chicken.
  2. Cover and bake at 350 for 25 minutes top with cheese slices. Bake, uncovered, for 5 minutes or until juices run clear.
