Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 - minced garlic cloves
- 3 - bell peppers, red and yellow strips
- 2 - onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1.5 teaspoons oregano
- 2 teaspoons hot chili peppers, dried and broken in half
- 12 ounces chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
How To Make chili chicken

Step 1In a large non-stick skillet, heat oil, add garlic and cook 1 munute.

Step 2Add bell strips, sliced onion, cumin, oregano and chile.

Step 3Mix, cover, and cook over medium heat 10 minutes.

Step 4Slice chicken in 1/2\" strips and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Step 5Add vegetables; stir.

Step 6Cook, covered, medium heat 10 minutes more. Stirring occasionally.

Step 7Add salt and pepper and garnish with parsley.
