My boyfriend is the one that came up with this. The first time he made it for me i thought it was gonna taste nasty, but it actually tasted good. He would usually put mushrooms on it but i don't like mushrooms.

Ingredients For chili cheese chicken patties

  • 12 slice
    chicken patties
  • 15oz. can
    hormel® chili (no beans)
  • 4oz. can
    sliced mushrooms (optional)
  • 8oz. pkg
    cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/3 c
    vegetable oil

How To Make chili cheese chicken patties

  • 1
    Fry the patties in some oil until crispy.
  • 2
    Place them on a cookie sheet.
  • 3
    Put a spoonful of chili on top of each patty. Put some mushrooms on if you'd like.

    Sprinkle a pinch of cheese on top.

    Bake at 350* degrees until cheese is melted.

    Serve warm.
