My son-in-laws mother makes this and it's so good that I begged for the recipe and finally got it, he-he.

Ingredients

  • 1 - 10-3/4 oz can fat-free condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 - 4 oz can chopped green chilis
  • 1/2 cup light sour cream
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 cups cooked, cubed chicken
  • 2 cups frozen broccoli florets
  • 4 - 6" tortillas, cut into strips
  • 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded cheddar cheese.

How To Make chilaquiles verde

  • Step 1
    Heat oven to 350. Spray a 2-quart baking dish w/ cooking spray. In baking dish stir the soup, cumin, garlic powder, chili powder, chilis, sour cream, water, chicken, broccoli and tortillas until well blended.
  • Step 2
    Top the mix w/ cheese. Cover, bake 25 mins, or until bubbly and heated through.
