So this was one of those recipes that I made up when someone was coming to dinner and I hadn't pulled anything out of the freezer to thaw.

Ingredients
- 1 package frozen artichoke hearts
- 4 - boneless chicken breasts
- 2 cups cremini or portabello mushrooms
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1+1/2 cup sharp cheddar cheese
- 1 tablespoon montreal chicken seasoning
How To Make chik-n-chokes

Step 1Pre-heat oven to 350

Step 2Thaw chicken breasts only to the point that they may be easier to cut.

Step 3Cut chicken into artichoke sized pieces.

Step 4If necessary, cut mushrooms into artichoke sized pieces

Step 5In a large bowl add all ingredients, reserving 1/2 cup cheese.

Step 6Mix thoroughly.

Step 7Spray casserole dish with non-stick spray

Step 8Pour mixture into pre-greased casserole dish.

Step 9Top with reserved cheese.

Step 10Bake for 1 hour.

Step 11Serve over rice or noodles.
