I HAVE MARINATED THE CHICKEN FOR THREE DAYS AND I WAS TOLD IT WOULD BE PERFECT FOR A SALAD. I SAID THE PREP TIME WOULD BE 20 MINUTES, BUT ONLY IF YOU HAVE ALREADY THAWED THE CHICKEN. AND SERVING DEPEND ON HOW MANY CHICKEN BREASTS YOU HAVE. FOR MY FAMILY, I DO A CHICKEN BREAST FOR EACH PERSON.

  • 1 bottle italian dressing

How To Make chicken

  • Step 1
    AFTER THE CHICKEN IS THAWED, GET A FORK AND STAB IT A BUNCH ON BOTH SIDES
  • Step 2
    GET A PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH A LID, AND PUT ONE BREAST IN IT THEN PUT A LAYER OF ITALIAN DRESSING. (REPEAT THIS PROCESS UNTIL YOU HAVE USED ALL OF YOUR CHICKEN BREASTS)
  • Step 3
    NOW PUT THE LID ON THE CONTAINER AND SHAKE IT. (IF YOU CAN WAIT THREE DAYS FOR IT TO MARINATE YOU CAN, BUT IF NOT CONTINUE WITH THE DIRECTIONS.)
  • Step 4
    FILL GLASS PAN WITH A THIN LAYER OF ITALIAN DRESSING
  • Step 5
    PUT THAWED CHICKEN IN A ROW IN THE GLASS PAN, THEN PUT A LAYER OF ITALIAN DRESSING ON EACH INDIVIDUAL BREAST
  • Step 6
    SET THE OVEN TO 350 FAHRENHEIT AND BAKE FOR 30 MINUTES OR UNTIL INSIDE IS COMPLETELY WHITE
