    dry sherry
  • 2 Tbsp
  • 1/4 c
  • 2 Tbsp
    vegetable oil
  • 1 lb
    chicken breast tenders, cut in half on an angle
  • 5
    scallions, cut in half
  • ·
    cooked rice for serving

How to Make Chicken Yakitori


  1. Preheat a grillpan over med-high heat.
  2. Combine the sherry, sugar, tamari and oil in a shallow dish. Turn chicken and scallions in marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the chicken pieces and scallions in a single layer on the hot grill pan for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with rice!
