Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons dry sherry
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/4 cup tamari
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 pound chicken breast tenders, cut in half on an angle
- 5 - scallions, cut in half
- - cooked rice for serving
How To Make chicken yakitori

Step 1Preheat a grillpan over med-high heat.

Step 2Combine the sherry, sugar, tamari and oil in a shallow dish. Turn chicken and scallions in marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.

Step 3Cook the chicken pieces and scallions in a single layer on the hot grill pan for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with rice!
