5scallions, cut in half

How to Make Chicken Yakitori
- Preheat a grillpan over med-high heat.
- Combine the sherry, sugar, tamari and oil in a shallow dish. Turn chicken and scallions in marinade and let stand for 10 minutes.
- Cook the chicken pieces and scallions in a single layer on the hot grill pan for 3-4 minutes per side. Serve with rice!
