chicken with yellow rice
I love one-pan meals. This is a combination of several other recipes that I just put together. If you can't get or don't want to get GOYA products, you can substitute. I would guess some turmeric, coriander and salt should work.

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 12 ounces chicken breast, cut into bite sized pieces
- 1 medium pepper - yellow, red, green, poblano or a combination, chopped
- 1/2 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup frozen corn
- 1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 package goya ® sazon with coriander and annatto
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 tablespoon garlic, minced
- 1 cup long-grained white rice
- - lime slices and cilantro sprig for garnish
How To Make chicken with yellow rice

Step 1Heat oil in skillet, add chicken and cook chicken until browned.

Step 2While chicken is cooking, chop and add veggies and continue to cook until wilted, stirring occasionally. Add seasonings and rice. Stir for a minute.

Step 3Add 2 cups hot water to pan. Bring to boil, cover and simmer until rice is tender, about 25 minutes. Fluff, squeeze in a little lime juice, garnish and serve.
