Ingredients
- 4 or 5 - boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1-2 tablespoon oil
- 1 medium onion chopped corsely
- 1 - 8oz cans mushrooms sliced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine non alcaholic
- 2 tablespoons parsley
- 1/2 - bayleaf
- 3 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 can sliced carrots drained
How To Make chicken with wine sauce

Step 1Cut chicken in bite sized pieces, brown in oil, Drain. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 min. or till chicken is tender. Add more water if needed,remove bay leaf Remove cover and continue cooking untill most of the liquid has evaporated and mixture is thick.
