1/2 cdry white wine non alcaholic

1/2bayleaf

3 tspgarlic powder

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

1/2 cwater

1 can(s)sliced carrots drained
How to Make Chicken With Wine Sauce
- Cut chicken in bite sized pieces, brown in oil, Drain. Add remaining ingredients, cover and simmer over low heat for 30 min. or till chicken is tender.
Add more water if needed,remove bay leaf
Remove cover and continue cooking untill most of the liquid has evaporated and mixture is thick.
