chicken with white barbecue sauce
I love the tangy taste of the white sauce over this chicken and the pepper gives it something special. It's good!

Ingredients
- 3 pounds skinned, bone-in chicken breast halves
- - white barbecue sauce
- 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons cracked pepper
- 2 tablespoons white wine worcestershire sauce (or regular worcestershire)
How To Make chicken with white barbecue sauce

Step 1Arrange chicken in a shallow dish. Pour 1 cup white bbq sauce over chicken, turning to coat. Cover and marinade in refrigerator 8 hours, turning chicken once.

Step 2Remove chicken from sauce, discarding sauce. Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, over medium heat (350) 35 to 45 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted in thickest part of breast registers 170 degrees, turning every 15 minutes.

Step 3Heat remaining sauce; serve with chicken. Yields 6 servings.

Step 4WHITE BBQ SAUCE-Combine all ingredients in a small bowl; stir with wire whisk. Cover and chill. Yields 2 1/4 cups of sauce. 1 cup is used to marinate and 1 1/4 cup to heat and serve over grilled chicken when finished. Enjoy!
