chicken with spanish olives

This is so easy! A lady at the gym gave it to me 15 years ago while we were doing water arobics! It's so good too, which surprised me considering the ingredients weren't things I was used to very much. Serve with mashed potatos and a garden salad. Use the gravy for your potatos.

Ingredients

  • 3 - whole chicken breasts or 6 halves
  • 1 - small can sliced mushrooms
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 - 5.7 jar green olives with pimentos
  • - flour
  • 2 bottles beer

How To Make chicken with spanish olives

  • Step 1
    Roll chicken breasts in flour and brown quickly in a small amount of oil. Place in a baking dish.
  • Step 2
    Pour mushrooms and the liquid with the mushrooms over the chicken breasts.
  • Step 3
    Spoon undiluted soup over the breasts
  • Step 4
    Pour olives and thier juice over the breasts
  • Step 5
    Pour one bottle of beer over everything.
  • Step 6
    Cover and put in a 350F oven for about 45 minutes or till breasts are done. (depends on thickness)
  • Step 7
    While waiting for it to get done, drink the other beer.
