chicken with spanish olives
This is so easy! A lady at the gym gave it to me 15 years ago while we were doing water arobics! It's so good too, which surprised me considering the ingredients weren't things I was used to very much. Serve with mashed potatos and a garden salad. Use the gravy for your potatos.

Ingredients
- 3 - whole chicken breasts or 6 halves
- 1 - small can sliced mushrooms
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 - 5.7 jar green olives with pimentos
- - flour
- 2 bottles beer
How To Make chicken with spanish olives

Step 1Roll chicken breasts in flour and brown quickly in a small amount of oil. Place in a baking dish.

Step 2Pour mushrooms and the liquid with the mushrooms over the chicken breasts.

Step 3Spoon undiluted soup over the breasts

Step 4Pour olives and thier juice over the breasts

Step 5Pour one bottle of beer over everything.

Step 6Cover and put in a 350F oven for about 45 minutes or till breasts are done. (depends on thickness)

Step 7While waiting for it to get done, drink the other beer.
