I love Chicken and especially when it's cooked in the crockpot! It comes out so tender. So I came up with this recipe tonight as I wanted something tasty to go on egg noodles. And all I have to say is YUM!!

Ingredients

2 large chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 - container of sour cream
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon minced garlic
- salt & pepper to taste
1 package egg noodles

How To Make chicken with sour cream sauce in crockpot

Step 1

Spray inside of crockpot with cooking spray, Place chicken breasts in first.

Step 2

Mix Cream of Mushroom Soup, Sour Cream, 1 cup of milk and minced garlic in a bowl. Then pour over chicken breasts making sure to cover them.
Step 3

Cook on low in Crockpot for about 5 hours. About 20 mins before it is done cook noodles according to package.
Step 4

Drain Noodles, Place noodles on each plate first then pour Chicken & Sauce over noodles and serve.
