Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts, boneless
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 large minced garlic clove
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon marjoram
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 2-3 tablespoons minced shallots
- 1.5 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1 tablespoon sundried tomatoes, softened and chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make chicken with shallots and sundried tomatoes

Step 1Cut chicken breast diagonally in 1/2\" strips.

Step 2Melt butter and oil in heavy skillet on moderate heat.

Step 3Increase heat, add chicken, 1/2 of the herbs, salt and pepper.

Step 4Saute until opaque, set aside and keep warm.

Step 5Add shallots and garlic to pan and saute quickly (1/2 minute).

Step 6Reduce heat and add cream, wine, tomatoes, and the rest of the herbs.

Step 7Bring to a boil, stirring until sauce thickens.

Step 8Return chicken to pan and simmer 2-3 minutes until heated through.
