Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 2 - chickens, cut up
- - salt and pepper
- 3 medium onions, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 2 1/2 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups sour cream
How To Make chicken with paprika

Step 1In casserole heat butter and oil and brown chicken. Season with S&P and remove. In remaining fat cook onions and garlic until translucent. Add paprika and flour and cook gently, stirring 3 min. Add broth, then sour cream stirring constantly until sauce is smooth and thickened. Replace chicken. (At this point you can stop and continue later. Refrigerate and increase baking time).

Step 2Bake covered, in preheated 350F oven for one hour, or until tender.
