1Flour chicken lightly. Brown chicken in butter on medium heat. Add a little oil to pan to avoid burning of the butter. When one side is well browned
turn and add chopped onion to pan. Continue browning chicken & onion until well browned.
2Remove pcs. to a plate and add the rest of the ingredience to the fry pan. Stir well and add a little water if too thick. Should be a gravy-like
3Put chicken back into fry pan, put a lid on and cook on med-low heat until done and gravy is silky. Adjust the heat so you have a simmering bubble. Check gravy periodically and add water if it is getting too thick.
