My husband loves this chicken dish. It is a recipe that I have made into my own with the mushrooms and reduced fat soup. It is great over rice.

Ingredients
- 4 - chicken breasts, boneless and skinless
- 6 tablespoons butter, unsalted
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup, light
- 4 ounces mushrooms, fresh
- 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
- 2 - eggs,beaten
- 1 cup flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
How To Make chicken with mushrooms melt-in-your mouth

Step 1Combine four, salt and pepper. Roll chicken breasts in egg then flour mixture. Set aside.

Step 2In a large skillet, melt butter on medium high heat. Add mushrooms and saute. Add chicken breast and brown in melted butter.

Step 3Mix soup and sauce together. Pour soup mixture into skillet around and under chicken, but not covering chicken.

Step 4Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 1-2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice.
