My husband loves this chicken dish. It is a recipe that I have made into my own with the mushrooms and reduced fat soup. It is great over rice.

Ingredients For chicken with mushrooms melt-in-your mouth

4chicken breasts, boneless and skinless

6 Tbspbutter, unsalted

2 cancream of mushroom soup, light

4 ozmushrooms, fresh

2 Tbspworcestershire sauce
-
2eggs,beaten
-
1 cflour
-
1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper
How To Make chicken with mushrooms melt-in-your mouth

1Combine four, salt and pepper. Roll chicken breasts in egg then flour mixture. Set aside.

2In a large skillet, melt butter on medium high heat. Add mushrooms and saute. Add chicken breast and brown in melted butter.

3Mix soup and sauce together. Pour soup mixture into skillet around and under chicken, but not covering chicken.

4Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat and simmer 1-2 hours. Stir occasionally. Serve over rice.
