Ingredients
- 4 - chicken legs or thighs
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- 1 teaspoon basil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 cup water
- 1 can mushroom gravy
- 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced and drained
- 1 teaspoon onions, minced
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
How To Make chicken with mushroom gravy

Step 1Place chicken in a roasting pan.

Step 2In small bowl, comnbine lemon juice, oil and seasonings. Pour over chicken.

Step 3Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until lightly browned.

Step 4Turn chicken twice and baste occasionally. Remove from oven.

Step 5For the gravy, combine water and cornstarch in pan.

Step 6Stir in remaining ingredients and bring to boil over medium heat. Spoon over chicken.

Step 7Cover loosely with foil.

Step 8Bake, basting frequently for 1 hour or until chicken is tender.
